Caslin Sisk, Project Manager
Caslin graduated from Georgetown University in 2025 with a B.A. in Psychology and Economics and a minor in Disability Studies. As an undergraduate, she worked in the Early Learning Project (ELP), led by Dr. Rachel Barr. Caslin now works as the project manager for Connect to Baby and Project MEALS in the CDSP lab. She has a broad interest in early-childhood socioemotional development, with a specific focus on the role of early parent-child interactions and family systems in the context of socioeconomic adversity. Caslin will also soon be applying to PhD programs in Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Anne Martin, CDSP Affiliate
Dr. Anne Martin is an affiliate of the CDSP Lab and Georgetown University, and serves as data manager and key personnel for the Tulsa SEED Study. Dr. Martin has over 20 years of experience studying the effects of home and educational environments on the cognitive, self-regulatory, and socioemotional development of children from families with low incomes. Her research is primarily aimed at narrowing income-based gaps in development early in the life course to disrupt multigenerational disadvantage. Dr. Martin has participated in multiple evaluations of early educational interventions; directed collaborations across multiple investigators from universities, government agencies, and data collection contractors; supervised and mentored graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and research assistants; and published over 60 peer- reviewed articles in academic journals. Dr. Martin’s work is inter-disciplinary. She received her doctoral and masters degrees in public health from Columbia University's School of Public Health, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in developmental psychology at the National Center for Children and Families at Teachers College, Columbia University.
